Bears Win High-Scoring Affair with Bombers 9-7

Fond du Lac, WI - Games between the Beras and Bombers always seem to entertain, and Saturday night was no different as the two teams combined to score 11 second-period goals. When all was said and done, it was the Bears who came out victorious, winning 9-7.

Saturday (W 9-7) @ West Bend Bombers

Nick Monfils six-point night (2G, 4A) paced the Bears Saturday night along with Anthony Grebe's hat trick. During the high-scoring second, Monfils scored both of his goals along with two of his helpers. The teams' did a good job of trading goals all game long until the Bears scored four straight in the second to jump out front and not look back. Justin Davidson picked up the win in net.
